Crab Meat Cheese Buns Recipe by: Tammy Simpson - New York 2 cups shredded process American cheese (about 8 ounces) Melt cheese and butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in crab meat. Place buns cut side up on broiler rack; spread each half with crab meat mixture. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees.
