Jack-O-Lantern Stew

Ingredients :
One large pumpkin or several small ones
Favorite stew, cream soup, or chili

Instructions :
Hollow out a pumpkin. (Use one big pumpkin to use as a serving bowl, or smaller pumpkins for individual servings.) If desired, carve a face just through the outer skin. Fill with your favorite stew, cream soup, or chili. Heat until just bubbly in a 350 degree oven. Drop spoonfuls of prepared corn muffin mix into the stew. Bake for 10 minutes uncovered, then cover and bake for 10 minutes more. Serve.
