Franks With Sauerkraut

Servings: 8 to 10 Sandwiches

1 pound frankfurters (8 to 10)
1 can (1 pound) sauerkraut
8 to 10 frankfurter buns, buttered
Prepared mustard
Chopped onion

Drop frankfurters into boiling water; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Heat sauerkraut over low heat; drain. Serve frankfurters in buns; top with sauerkraut, mustard and chopped onion.
