Corn Casserole

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1- 8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
1 onion chopped, finely
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased 8X8 inch pan at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 4..
