Beets In Sour Cream Recipe by: Sally Humboldt 1 can (1 pound) shoestring beets, drained Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar and the next 4 seasonings. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
