Ham Salad
Recipe by: Helen Thomas - Florida Servings: 4
2 hard boiled eggs, cut into pieces 3 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle 2 teaspoons prepared mustard dash pepper 4 lettuce cups
Combine all ingredients except lettuce; blend well. Chill until serving time. Serve in lettuce cups.
