Awesome Chicken Tetrazzina

Ingredients :
3# Frying Chicken
2 C Hot water
1/4 # Broad egg noodles
1 t Salt
2 T Melted butter
2T Grated cheese
1/2# Sliced mushrooms
2T Butter
1/2 t. Salt - pepper
Several slices of garlic
Instructions :
Steam chicken & remove meat from bones and cut into thin slices 2 inches long.
Cook noodles and drain. Place in bowl and add 1 t salt, melted butter, cheese and
1 C sauce. Sauté mushrooms in 2 T butter for 5 minutes. Season with 1/2 t. salt,
pepper and garlic and continue to cook several minutes. Spread noodle mixture in
10x1-1/2 baking dish, cover w/sautéed mushrooms and a little of the sauce and cover
w/thinly-sliced chicken. Season w/salt and pepper. Pour remaining sauce over chicken
and sprinkle w/1/2 C grated parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and place under
broiler for 5 minutes.
Sauce:
Blend 1/4 C melted butter w/1/3 C flour and 2 C warm coffee cream and 1 C warm chicken
stock.
Cook until thick and add salt to taste and 2 T Sauterne wine.
