Baked Fish

1 lbs. white fish filets ( snapper, mahi etc. )
1/4 cup celery, chopped, Optional
1/4 cup onions, chopped, Optional
mayonnaise, enough to cover fish about 1/8"
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika

Salt and pepper filets and place in a bake pan. Spread mayonnaise over filets, top with onions and celery. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
