Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole

Enough Mashed Potato to line a Casserole Dish
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons corn flower
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tuna, drained
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
parsley, chopped
extra tasty cheese to sprinkle over top

Pre-cook mashed potato and line a casserole dish. Pre-heat oven, moderate temperature. In a saucepan melt butter and add corn flower. Once mixed to a smooth paste add mushroom soup and milk and bring to the boil. Add tuna and cheese and mix. Add parsley. This mixture can then be poured into the casserole dish and sprinkle the extra cheese over the top. Place in the oven and cook until cheese is golden.
