Cute Pig Cookies [adult supervision for younger children] Submitted_by : Andi Ratliff - Kansas FROSTING/ DECORATING: 1/2 c. butter or margarine COOKIES: 1 c. butter or margarine, softened Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Melt butter. Add sugar, vanilla, milk and food coloring; mix until smooth. Frost the cookies. Cut sugar wafers into triangles; place two on each cookie for ears. With a toothpick, poke two holes in each marshmallow half for nostrils; press lightl brown candy bar sprinkles into holes.
