Best Cake
Recipe by: Bonnie June Shaw
2 eggs
1 med. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (I use pecans)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together by hand. Bake 45 minutes in a 9xl3-inch pan at 350 degrees.
FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together. Put on cake while cake is still hot. Sprinkle with nuts.
