CONTINUE BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK & FOAMY. STIR IN ZUCCHINI& PINEAPPLE. IN SEPARATE BOWL, STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, SODA, SALT, BAKING POWDER, CINNAMON,NUTMEG, WALNUTS & RAISINS UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED. STIR GENTLY INTO ZUCCHINI MIXTURE JUST UNTIL BLENDED. SPOON BATTER EQUALLY INTO 2 GREASED & FLOURED 9 X 5" LOAF PANS. BAKE 350 DEG FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL SIDES PULL FROM SIDES OF PANS & TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PANS 10 MIN.
