Cheese Crunchies Recipe by: Mary McGee - Quad Cities, IL Crunchy appetizers with a delicious cheesy flavor. 2-1/2 cups Corn Chex cereal crushed to 1 cup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Chex crumbs and chili seasoning. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine Stir into crumbs. Set aside. Cream cheese and l/2 cup margarine. Blend in flour, 1/2 cup seasoned Chex, onion powder and seasoned salt. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in remaining crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Flatten to 1/4-inch with bottom of glass.
